Enter the imaginative world of Japanese performance art with renowned Butoh artist Yumi Umiumare; turn trash into fashion treasure with up-cycle fashion and hair designer Kiki Ando; then show off your wearable art with a parade and karaoke singalong with MC and Butoh artist Takashi Takiguchi.

The parade is part of the Peek-A-Butoh series, introducing kids to the world of Japanese performance art in playful and family-friendly ways.

Children aged 3 – 12 and their adults are invited into the mysterious, chaotic and eccentric world of the Butoh Parade at the Industrial School.
